About Notte Divino
Notte Divino was born from a place that already meant something.
Located at 37 Caledonia Street in Sausalito, Notte Divino carries forward the spirit of Osteria Divino, a beloved neighborhood restaurant known for its warmth, hospitality, Southern Italian food, and the people who made every guest feel at home.
For years, this corner of Caledonia was more than a restaurant. It was a gathering place. A place for regulars, neighbors, celebrations, quiet dinners, long conversations, good wine, and familiar faces. At the heart of it was Elizabeth Nebot, whose love for food, wine, and community helped make Divino such a special part of Sausalito.
As a local resident and longtime guest, I felt a personal connection to the space long before Notte Divino began. I live above the restaurant, walked past it every day, and saw firsthand how much it meant to the neighborhood. When the opportunity came to help carry it forward, the goal was never to erase what people loved. The goal was to honor it.

We are building on the warmth and soul of Osteria Divino while introducing a refreshed Southern Italian dining experience, imported Italian wines, handcrafted cocktails, live jazz, and a late-night atmosphere that brings new energy to Caledonia Street.
Evenings here begin with dinner — pasta, seafood, wine, candlelight, and hospitality — then slowly unfold into music, cocktails, conversation, and nights that carry on.
